Bill Glennie established Chaplain Services 40 years ago to train Chaplains for the Law Enforcement community as well as the Fire Department. Bill served for 20 years as a backup Deputy and the Chaplain Director for MCSO and USMS. He served at 9/11 and Katrina offering prayer and comfort to the men and women serving there and to those who were affected by the tragedy.
